Venue & Parking
All events will be held at the Secluded Cabins Event Center. Secluded Cabins is a working farm with livestock and a ground floor event facility. There is an indoor reception/dinning area and outdoor patio where the ceremony and dancing will be held. Guests are free to enjoy cocktail hour indoors in the reception area or outdoors on the patio. Additionally, the venue has a few features that are amazing for photo opportunities such as pastures (that may have roaming cattle) and a large rock waterfall with greenery and benches. Parking is free and is located next to the event center. An additional overflow lot can be opened if needed for guest convenience. Any guest can be dropped off in the loop leading to the main entrance of the venue before parking.
Directions
14960 Township Rd 464, Lakeville, OH 44638. The venue has a “Secluded Cabins” sign at the end of the driveway near the road. You will know you've arrived at the correct driveway when you see this sign. Please follow the long driveway down to the parking lot on your left. Be aware that this is a rural county road that is narrow and winding. Please drive with caution. We recommend driving at a slower speed and to remain cautious of oncoming vehicles.
Venue Rules
Any rule breaking can have our event shut down, we kindly ask you to review and follow the rules set out for us. / Do not enter any gated pastures or buildings other than the event center where the reception is being held. The event is being held on a working farm and we cannot disrupt their business and livestock. / Fences around the pastures are electric, please do not touch them and watch any children that may be present. / Smoking and vaping are prohibited except in designated areas outside of the building space. If you need these locations someone in the bridal party can direct you. / No hard liquors are allowed on the premises. Seltzers and other pre approved beverages will be provided, please do not bring your own.

RSVPs can be completed on the RSVP tab of our website. If needed RSVPs can be completed via text to either Makayla or Colton (contact information below) with your information on attendance and any dietary restrictions.
Accessibility
Secluded Cabins is a ground level facility, no stairs required. There is a looped driveway leading to the front entrance where guests can be dropped off before parking in the lot. Additionally, there are three bathrooms, one being ADA accessible and includes a changing table.
Wedding Colors & Theme
We've chosen burgundy, navy and silver for our Lord of the Rings/Hobbit inspired wedding. Accent colors may include ink blue, mulberry, mauve and dusty rose.
Dress Code
Please feel free to dress comfortably in any range of semi-formal to daytime wear. Be aware the ceremony will take place outside and although set up on a patio there are grassy areas you may roam so adjust shoe wear according to your desires.
Gifts / Registry
Gifts are not required but if you would like to send a gift we have registries on a few websites linked on the Registry tab. Alternatively, if you would like, you can contribute towards our honeymoon fund!
Menu
During cocktail time there will be an assortment of snacks available while dinner is in its final stages of preparation. Dinner will be served buffet style with family favorite options. Additionally, there will be a variety of desserts and drink options available.

Bar & Drinks
We will provide an open bar with various wines, beers, seltzers and wine coolers. Additionally we will have water, lemonade, tea and various pops.
Plus Ones
Due to limited space we cannot offer plus ones to many of our guests and can only accommodate those specifically named on their invites. When final numbers are received we may be able to make exceptions if asked but that cannot be guaranteed.
Weather
The ceremony will be held outdoors on the patio and the reception will be held indoors. Cocktail hour can be spent however you like whether that's indoors in the reception area or outdoors on the patio. We will provide spray on sunscreens and bug spray as a precaution to the sun and potentially for insects. In the case of poor weather all events will be moved indoors.
Photography
We ask that guests not take photos during the ceremony. We have hired a wonderful photographer (Brittaney and ___) who will capture the moment and we would love for you all to be present in the moment as well. We welcome guests to take as many photos as they'd like anytime after the ceremony! If you'd like to share them with us and the other guest please use the wedding hashtag #Cokayla2025 and/or upload them to the QR code located around the reception area.
Entertainment
There will be curated playlists for the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and post dinner reception. Various board games from our own collection will be presented for guests to borrow and enjoy at any time. Additionally, there will be (a photo op set up for guests to use and) dancing on the outdoor patio after dinner.
Children
We love our families and want everyone to be welcomed and included, even our younger cousins and nephews/nieces. Please let us know who will or will not be in attendance so we can leave the proper space for our little guests. Additionally, as this venue is an active farm please watch your children and don't let them wander off. After the reception the electric fence along the pasture will be turned back on!
What To Bring
You don't need to bring anything except yourselves! If you'd like to be more comfortable at the outdoor events of the day feel free to bring sunglasses. We will provide various spray on sunscreens and bug spray as well as paper fans and fresh beverages to beat the heat!

If you haven't RSVP’d by the deadline please reach out to us if you plan to attend! We want to make sure we have enough tables and chairs for everyone to be comfortable!
Where To Go If You're Early
If you arrive at the venue early you can find a seat for the ceremony on the back patio, relax on the outdoor benches near the patio or find your seat in the reception area before the party begins! There will be cold drinks and paper fans ready and waiting for you!
