When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by August 13th.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will take place outdoors weather-permitting. The reception will be indoors.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30, please plan to arrive by 4:00.
Have you reserved a block of hotel rooms?
Yes, we have reserved a block of hotel rooms at the Double Tree by Hilton in Newark, Ohio.
Will there be transportation available before and after the wedding?
Yes, there will be a complimentary shuttle provided between the venue and hotel before and after the ceremony. The shuttle will begin running at 3:00. Please arrive with plenty of time if you plan to use the shuttle. The last shuttle will leave the hotel at 3:45
Can I bring a guest?
Due to limited space at the venue, only guests named on your invitation and RSVP are able to be accommodated.
