We first met in September of 2015. We first laid eyes on each other when she was at dance practice, and he was skateboarding nearby at the school pavilion. What was mutual friends became best friends, and a few months following was the beginning of the most unexpected blessing.

She never knew that he had feelings for her, but she always knew and loved how much he cared for her and always supported her. Deep down, she loved him too. Ultimately, this was the result of an unspoken love story.

As time progressed, we continued to grow closer and would spend every day with each other, and finally expressed our feelings towards one another. On December 18, 2015, he finally asked her to be his girlfriend.

Fast forward to April 17, 2023 and 8 years into the relationship, we took a trip to New Zealand where he proposed, during a night hike in a forest filled with natural glow worms that shined blue and lit up the entire forest. It was unbelievable, and unreal.

On our wedding day that marks April 12, 2025, it will be almost 2 years of being engaged, almost a decade with each other, and will be an infinite lifetime with my best friend. There is no better person to love, than the person who knows your heart and cherishes it as their own.

Our story is special to us because of how life happened on it's own, and because of the love and support that we continued to receive from all our loved ones.
