Poznań and Wrocław are both approximately an hour away from the Palace. These are equally easy to fly into and we recommend looking at both for flights!

Guests will need to procure their own transportation from the airport to either the Palace at Osowa Sien or the Mały Bor Hotel. However, upon arriving to either location, a shuttle will be provided for all guests moving between the Palace and the Hotel.

All guests will be staying with us at the Palace at Osowa Sien or at the Mały Bor Hotel – no need to book accommodations! Family will be staying with us at the Palace; friends will be staying at the Hotel (just over 10 minutes from the Palace). After receiving all RVSPs, we will send you further information regarding rooms at each location.

All rooms will be available for check-in on the evening of Friday, December 20th. The first scheduled event will be the welcome dinner on Saturday evening, which will begin at 6 PM, with a pre-dinner cocktail hour beforehand.

The welcome dinner will be cocktail attire, while the wedding will be formal or black-tie optional. For the wedding, women are welcome to wear a floor-length gown, fancy cocktail dress, or dressy pantsuit. Men are welcome to wear a tuxedo or formal dark suit. Of note, the ceremony and reception will both be taking place indoors!

Formal meals will include the welcome dinner, wedding dinner and brunch on both Sunday and Monday mornings. All weekend, guests will have available a kitchen within the Palace fully stocked with local selections. This will include ready-made food, grab and go snacks, and drinks.

Available at the Castle is a sauna (pack accordingly!), as well as a yoga room with a boxing bag, free weights, bike, and elliptical. There will also be a yoga session the morning of the wedding. Please note any interest in this via your RSVP!

For all interested, a group outing to visit the Wrocław Christmas Market (widely considered the best in Poland) will be organized for the day after the wedding. Travel will be pre-arranged via shuttle. Please note interest via RSVP!
