Great question! Well that would be my fault (it's Noel). The doors open at 2:30, 2 hours before the ceremony so come as early as you like. We would like to have people there by 3:30 so you can enjoy some drinks and appetizers before heading over to the ceremony site. There will be a shuttle to take everyone to the site but he will have to make multiple trips.

Connie is wearing a sundress, Tom is wearing khakis and a button down shirt (Hawaiian print of course). Our colors are blues so we thought it would be fun if people wear blue or florals. The temp will likely be in the mid to high 80s. The ceremony is outdoors but mostly shaded. The cocktail hour is outdoors in the courtyard and dinner, dancing and the after party are all indoors.

We will be submitting all food allergy information on August 1st. Foresthouse has signage with food allergy info on the buffet line and for those whose allergies are more severe they provide "allergy plates", a plated dinner that will be served to you at your assigned table.

It does! The dancing ends at 10pm but the lodge has a downstairs lounge area with games, KARAOKE!!!, and plenty of seating. There will be late night appetizers served (jalapeno poppers, french fries and mozzarella sticks).

Yes! Miner's Camp, walking distance from the lodge still has rooms available. The rooms are bigger than the lodge and you can reserve through their website or by calling them. (See lodging tab) We have a few rooms reserved for the 15th under the name ELMORE.
