Please be advised that the resort mandates a minimum of a 3-night stay. Should you desire to prolong your visit, we cordially invite you to do so. The resort will be in touch with you via email approximately 45 days prior to your arrival to request your preference on dinner reservations.Should you require any assistance or recommendations in composing your wish list, please do not hesitate to contact us. With our extensive familiarity with the resort, we are well-positioned to offer tailored suggestions to enhance your dining experiences.

Reservations Not Required

Mercado De San Juan (Buffet) - One of the best buffets we've had. They have something for everyone. Cantina VI.AI.PY - Quick bites, tacos, dips. Try the cricket guacamole! Cayuco - During lunch this is a seafood buffet. If you are looking for a buffet, we prefer Mercado San Juan. During Dinner they have a dinner menu with lots of meats and seafood. Arenal - Warm comfort food. Steaks and seafood. Apapachoa - 100% vegan.

Reservations Required

Encanta - Our personal favorite. This is a 5-course Mexican tasting menu and a must do.Tah-Xido - This restaurant has two different concepts in one. One side is sushi and the other is hibachi. Make sure to specify which one you prefer when making your reservation.Fun fact: Eric and I ate here the night we got engaged. The sushi and vibes were amazing.

For the adventure seekers! Zipline course, ATV's, and underground kayaks. 15 minutes from resort.

Easy and quick half day park. Photo opportunities, water/mud slides, and black out sensatorium. 15 minutes from resort.

Xoxomilco

Floating dinner party! Experience music from all across Mexico. One of our favorites. 45 minutes from resort.

Xavage Park

White water rafting, ropes course, and ATVs. Located next to Xoximilco. 45 minutes from resort.

Xel-Ha Park

Snorkling, mangroves, and natural lazy river. 45 minutes from resort.

Various Historical Tours

The resort also offers various historical tours and ferries to Cozumel.

Activities

Travel Days

We recommend booking the earliest flight to Cancun upon arrival and the latest departure flight for your return journey.Upon arrival at the resort, check-in begins at 3:00 pm, but early arrivals are welcome from 8:00 am. Guests will receive their resort wristband for full access to amenities upon arrival.For check-out, guests are required to check-out by 11:00 am but may stay until on property until 6:00 pm. Departure from the resort is advised approximately 5 hours before your flight time. We suggest opting for afternoon flights.

Packing Tips

For those planning to visit the parks, we highly advise the use of water-resistant footwear such as Tevas, Chacos, or Crocs.For leisurely moments spent by the resort pools, we recommend acquiring a waterproof phone holder to securely store phones and cash. These holders are readily accessible at affordable prices through online retailers such as Amazon.

Room Service

As part of your stay, room service is provided at no additional cost. However, it is worth noting that demand for this service can be substantial during peak periods. We advise placing your orders the evening before and communicating your desired delivery time to the resort. We find that breakfast on the balcony, offers a particularly delightful start to the day.

Beach Bag

It is worth noting that a beach tote is provided in the closet of each room. This tote serves as a convenient accessory for transporting essentials such as sunscreen and phones to the pool area. Furthermore, this tote is a complimentary gift from the hotel to take home if you please.

Cash For Tipping

While tipping is not obligatory, we always bring extra cash for the staff.

Resort Tips & Tricks

Dress Code

Formal attire. Men should wear dark colored suits, or a tux and women should wear midi to floor length dresses. We would love to see everyone dressed up and in fun colors!

No jeans, flip flops, short dresses, or maxi sun dresses. We will not be near any sand, and the ceremony is taking place in a Catholic church. This is a formal event, and not a beach wedding. Here are some ideas/vibes!
