Lake Mary is on the northern end of Orlando, with all the theme parks on the southern tip of Orlando. The Disney World area is about a 50 minute drive away, Universal Studios is about 40 minutes away, and Downtown Orlando is about 30 minutes away. These estimated drive times do not take into account traffic, which is famously hectic in Orlando.
