Our ceremony & reception are at the same location at Spring Valley Farms. Weather permitting (fingers crossed for a sunny day) our ceremony will be held outside on a stone patio & reception will be held inside - A/C and heating available at the site.

There is parking available connecting to the venue drive way. Per venue, motorized vehicles are not allowed overnight.

We have reserved 15+ rooms at Comfort Inn & Suites for May 10th - May 12th, 2024. Check-in is at 3 pm (or later) & check-out is at 11 am. You get the choice of 2 queen beds or 1 king bed. You will need to reserve your room(s) 30 days before the event date to receive this fixed rate. When you call to reserve make sure to mention you are guest(s) of the “Heindel & Bicksler Wedding”. Address and information are shown under the “travel icon” on the website. Any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the bride or groom. Comfort Inn & Suites rate: Approx. $135 per night

No, there will not be a shuttle to/and or from any hotel to the venue so please make arrangements if needed.

We would love to see our guests in their best semi-formal/formal attire (i.e. cocktail dresses, suits, or dress shirts & ties). To avoid matching bridal party; our colors will be a light blushing pink and champagne/tan. Ladies - please take into consideration that there will be some areas in which you may be walking through grass, so choose your footwear accordingly.

We ask you to keep attendance strictly to the individuals addressed on your invite due to tight headcount limitations. There will not be a place for anyone additional who is not accounted for in the RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

As much as we would love for your kids to join us in celebrating, unfortunately, due to headcount limitations, we have decided to only invite first-generation family members with few exceptions who are on the RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Delicious finger foods will be served during cocktail hour. The reception will be buffet style with your choices of smoked beef brisket, pulled pork, choice of roll, smoked corn casserole, green beans, and a mashed potato bar. Varies desserts will be provided after the bride and groom cut their cake.

We will be providing alcohol for cocktail hour - a lavender lemonade cocktail. The reception will be limited to beer & wine options, as well as seltzer and cocktail options. Per the venue rules, all alcohol must be served by our hired vendor.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to 710 Stonewood Road York, PA 17402. A table & wedding card box will be at our reception.
