The RSVP deadline is January 6th, 2025. If you miss it, we will have to assume you won't be able to attend.

We're sorry to hear that, and we'd love to see you there, but we understand the difficulties of traveling and life in general. Even if you can't make it we'd love for you to be a part of our wedding in some way, to that end we will be providing a livestream of the ceremony. A link to the livestream should appear on the livestream page of this website a couple of days before the wedding.

We have blocked several rooms at the Days Inn of Murphy NC for guests to stay at. You are also free to find other accommodations if you wish. Please refer to the Travel Page of the website for more information about the room block as well as some additional options.

Both ceremony and reception will be held at the Castle of Joy, a venue in the mountains of North Carolina. The castle sits surrounded by woodlands at 115 Castle Ct, Murphy, NC 28906. The path up the mountain is a gravel road with signs that will point your way to the venue.

Please arrive by 2:30pm on April 12th, 2025 for the ceremony.

The dress code for the wedding will be formal. We don't expect people to show up in ball gowns or tuxes, but a suit and tie or a below-the-knee hem dress would be appreciated.

When you RSVP, there should be a text box that you can make notes on so we can see it. If it doesn't come up, please reach out to us and let us know.

Then it's cold, we're sorry again. Maybe bring a blanket? Or a cloak? Cloaks would be cool. This is a castle after all.

I really suggest investing in that cloak, they're great! The rain would slide right off. On a more serious note, the venue does have backup plans for an indoor ceremony in place if it does rain. But I'd still get the cloak. You know you want one.

Due to space restrictions at the venue, if a plus one was not included on your invitation we will not be able to offer you one.
