Our Story

Connor and Maya met on their very first day of college at The University at Albany! On November 25th, 2018 they officially started dating. On July 14th, 2023, Connor asked Maya to marry him on top of a dune at Pirates Cove in Port Jefferson, overlooking the sea. The best is yet to come!

Out of respect for the Blessed Sacrament, the bride and groom request that all come formally and modestly attired. Women are asked to wear a dress or skirt that reaches below the knee and is not form-fitting. All tops should have sleeves, no low-cut necklines and no open backs. As the ceremony will be held in a Traditional Roman Catholic Church, head coverings will be required for women when inside of the church, and will be provided by the bride and groom upon arrival. Men are asked to wear a formal suit and tie, or dress shirt and dress pants. This dress code can also be found on an additional card attached to the formal invitation guests will receive, and will be required for all who are in attendance. The bride and groom thank you for your cooperation and consideration.
