What is preferred attire for the wedding?
We look forward to seeing all of our guests in semi formal/ formal cocktail attire. The ceremony will be outdoors, if weather allows, and the reception will be indoors. Our venue has two electric fire pits just outside the reception area, as well as a large garage door that will remain open during the reception for guests to enjoy the cool summer evening air while they're on the dance floor celebrating with us!
Can I bring a +1 guest?
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate for additional guests that are not specified on the invitation / RSVP link. Check your RSVP link to see guests that are included in your invitation.
What time does the ceremony start?
The ceremony will start at approximately 4:00 in the afternoon MT time. Guests should arrive anytime between 3:25pm and 3:45pm to leave enough time for guest book signatures and finding a seat! We do ask that all guests be seated no later than 3:55pm.
IS THERE A SHUTTLE OR OTHER TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED TO AND FROM THE WEDDING?
Transportation will not be provided to or from the venue. We have cabin and lodging options within walking distance from the venue available for our guests to book to make for transportation to and from the venue safe and easy! You can find these options on our travel tab of our website. The venue is only 10 minutes south of Rapid City, if you plan to stay driving distance of the venue please plan rides accordingly!
WHEN DOES THE RECEPTION START?
The reception will start at approximately 6pm following our cocktail hour at 5pm!
Are my kids allowed?
We are only able to accommodate guests that are specified on the invitation. Check your RSVP link to see each individual included on your invitation! If you don’t see your children listed, consider it a parents night out!
