Getting There in Brief:
● The two best options are to fly into Nice (2.5 hour drive to Lamanon) or Paris (in which you can take a 3.5 hour train to a bordering town. Our recommendation is Nice based on ease.
● You will need to rent a car for either which "officially requires" the renter to have a AAA international license.
● For lodging, there are hotels, "Gites" (a French bed-and-breakfast), and AirBnB.
● Transportation will be provide on the night of the wedding back and forth. Air BnB is also a great options for those who'd like to stay together.
● Lastly, we are here to help so if you'd like to explore something off the map, we'd be more than happy to help you plan so please reach out.
Transport from Airport/Rental Cars:
● If flying into Nice you easily rent a car through Expedia etc. as most major American companies are there (Avis, Enterprise, Hertz).
● If flying into Paris you'll need to take a speed-train called the TGV to a town called "Aix-en-Provence". Hertz, Enterprise and Avis all have car rental desks at the station.
