Costa moved to St. Louis for fellowship at Siteman Cancer Center at Washington University in July of 2022. New to the city, Costa made friends with his mom’s publisher (Kelly) and her husband (Rob). After a couple months, Kelly suggested a setup with friends Katie and Kyle. Katie works with Kathryn at St. Louis Children’s Hospital. After a conversation about a new “Greek guy” that moved to St. Louis, Kathryn agreed to a causal dinner. Costa and Kathryn met on September 30 (Kathryn’s late father’s birthday). The group of 6 went to dinner and Costa asked for Kathryn’s number. Their first date was October 7 at Basso. Thanks to Kelly and Katie, the rest is history!

Despite Costa’s busy work schedule, their connection kept strong. Fast forward past countless dates and the busy holiday season, they met their families. Costa’s parent’s visited St. Louis in February 2023 and they enjoyed a memorable meal at Carmines (we do not recommend! 😊). Then Costa met Kathryn’s family and Geri Lux. Costa quickly joined Sunday dinners hosted by Anita.

Over the past 2 years, Costa and Kathryn enjoyed St. Louis and traveling together.

On July 7, Costa surprised Kathryn with a sunset dinner cruise while on vacation with her family in Destin, FL. The Logothetis family secretly joined the celebration! It was the best night with all the people we love together!
