When are RSVPs due?
We ask that you submit your RSVPs no later than August 6th, 2025. This helps finalize the guest count for the venue. Please RSVP on our wedding website with the names of our guest that are able to share this special day with us.
Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.
Are kids welcome?
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
What time should I arrive? Are there any specific arrival instructions?
Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive a half hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.
Springbrooks Events is located at the end of a long gravel driveway. Signage will lead you to the proper parking areas. The venue will provide a shuttle service to and from the parking lot for guests that may need the assistance.
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
We kindly ask that our guests dress in cocktail attire. Our ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting, so please dress accordingly. Our wedding party colors are terracotta and charcoal. We ask that you refrain from wearing our wedding party’s colors and traditional colors reserved for the bride (white, cream or ivory, etc.)
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be taking place in an outdoor space (weather permitting of course); we recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass. The reception will be held indoors.
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby until they join cocktail hour. Guests can head straight to lower part of the reception barn, for cocktail hour.
What happens after cocktail hour?
After cocktail hour has concluded, guest will be shown to the upper half of the barn where dinner and dancing will take place.
How is dinner served? What if I have diet concerns?
Dinner will be served buffet style. Guests will be called up by table. If you have any diet concerns, please text or call Cora, the bride, at (262)-483-2599 by the RSVP or we may not be able to allow for proper accommodations.
When does the party end?
Unfortunately the party must come to a conclusion at the end of the night. We ask that our guests get their last dances in by 11pm. The newlyweds, along with chosen family & friends must now begin the clean-up process. Thank you for your easy cooperation.
What if I have further questions?
If you have any further questions, please text or call the bride, Cora, at (262) 483-2599.
What is an unplugged ceremony? Are we able to take photos and videos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask all guests be present with us during this special moment and keep all phones silenced and away until the ceremony has concluded. We have a professional photographer and videographer to capture this time as we tie the knot!
We also ask that our guests stay unplugged during our first dances.
Photos and videos are welcomed once the party begins!
