We had met through mutual friends and found common ground in our shared love for hockey, Star Wars, and Assassin's Creed. Our bond strengthened when we teamed up and won a game together at our friend's party.  Since then, we've talked every day, building a friendship that started with shared interests and grew into something deeper.
