Our wedding is in the middle of summer in Kentucky and it is usually very hot here so please plan for that. Regarding shoes, our ceremony will be outside on grass so please wear shoes that you are comfortable walking in grass with. We suggest semi-formal!

Our ceremony will be outdoors and we will move inside for our reception. In the slight chance that there will be rain on the day, both the ceremony and reception will be inside.

The ceremony and reception are at the same venue so you do not have to worry about traveling to a different location. There is a huge parking lot at the venue so parking will not be an issue.

Our ceremony is going to start at 3 PM so we recommend being at least 10 minutes early so you can find a seat and get settled before we start.

We love your children but for our wedding we ask that our wedding be adults only if you are not family to either the groom or the bride. We appreciate you making arrangements beforehand so we can share our day with you. If you have questions about this, please feel free to reach out and ask.

Our celebration is RSVP only and we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your RSVP due to venue and budget restraints. We appreciate your grace and patience with this decision.

Our wedding food will be BBQ (we are in Kentucky after-all) so if you are not the most fond we ask that you make personal arrangements and bring something to eat.
