We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! Our dress code is dressy casual. No jeans, please! Ceremony & Cocktail hour will take place outside, and the reception will take place inside with heat and air conditioning.

We love all of our friend's and family's children! However, due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate younger guests. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night!

Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your invitation. We hope you understand!

The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior.

In order to ensure we are all fully present, we will be having an unplugged ceremony. We request that you turn off/silence all phones during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture this special moment and we would be happy to send you any pictures upon request! During cocktail hour and the reception, please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like!

We will provide a full open bar with spirits, beer, cocktails, and a selection of red and white wines. We will also have non-alcoholic options & coffee. Please do not bring in any outside food or beverages.

We encourage you to come hungry! Hors d'oeuvres will be served during cocktail hour, 4:30-5:30pm. Dinner buffet will be served at 6pm. Late Night Snack and Desserts will be available later in the day.

We realize our venue is out of town for many of our guests. We appreciate you making the drive for us! We highly recommend bringing, or renting, a camper and staying at the East Jordan Tourist Park, located within walking distance of the venue. Reservations can be made up to 6 months prior. Other great options include The Jordan Inn, South Arm Retreats and the several Airbnb/Vrbo rentals in the area.
