What exactly is this event?
We got married this summer in a self-uniting ceremony (we signed a document with two witnesses present and no officiant necessary), and now we want to celebrate with our family and friends with a special dinner at one of the best places in Pittsburgh, DiAnoia's Eatery.
When and where?
October 7, 2023
5 PM - 9 PM ET
at DiAnoia's Eatery, 2549 Penn Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. This will take place on the second floor of the restaurant in a private space. Signage will be on the sidewalk directing you where to go.
What will it look like?
The first hour will be cocktails and appetizers, followed by a sit down dinner, which will be served family style with 2 antipastos, salad and bread, 2 pastas and 2 entrees to choose from, followed by dessert . There will be an open bar of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by September 9th.
Are kids welcome?
While we'd love to welcome the kids, we are only inviting our nieces and nephews.

You are also welcome to try to find street parking.
What should I wear?
Dressy casual (not as dressy as black tie, but fancier than casual)
Is there a gifts registry?
Nope! We have everything we need.
I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay?
While we do not have any hotels blocked off, we'd recommend staying in one of the following neighborhoods: Downtown Pittsburgh, Shadyside, Bloomfield, Oakland. We can try to give recommendations if you need help.
