When you say camp wedding do you mean...
No, you won't be tent camping! Everyone staying for the weekend will have modern, comfortable, temperature controlled accommodations with Wifi. All of the weekend's events are onsite so you won't have to worry about transportation either.
How do we book our stay at the camp?
Once you RSVP we tell the camp who is planning to stay and for how many nights. Within the next couple of months the camp will reach out to you by email to book your stay.
Where exactly will I be staying?
The camp has 39 private rooms and 37 cabins. Each cabin can accommodate as many as 16 guests but you won't be staying with anyone you did not request to be with. Each cabin is updated and has central air and heat, granite countertops, three private showers, three private toilets, and three sinks. You can check out the camp's website here:

Do I get to choose where I stay?
Not quite. We will be assigning everybody's accommodations once we have the RSVPs in. We will do our best to have everyone stay where they will be most comfortable.
If I'm staying in a cabin what does that mean?
If you're in one of the 37 cabins you're in a great spot! They are bunk style and can accommodate up to 16 guests but don't worry, you won't be staying with anyone besides your partner/family, unless you wanted to. For example, if you are a couple staying for the weekend you would have one whole cabin to yourselves. You wouldn't have to share your space or bathrooms with anyone else.
What if I can't stay the whole time?
While we would love to have everyone stay the whole weekend with us we understand that it may not be feasible for everyone. You can stay the two nights, one night, or just come for the wedding if that is all you can do.
Do I need to bring my own pillow and blanket?
Pillows, blankets, linens, and towels will be provided but if you want to bring your favorite pillow or blanket you can.
So what should i bring?
We recommend you pack toiletries, sunscreen, and bug spray, lake/pool/beach attire (swimsuit, sandals, beach towel), comfortable/athletic clothes for lawn games, sports, and yoga (t-shirts, shorts, sneakers or whatever athleticwear you like) and a refillable water bottle (there are hydration stations located throughout the camp). Snacks and beverages will be provided throughout the weekend but you're welcome to bring your own too. And don't forget a nice outfit for the wedding!
Can I wear heels?
There's some grass, gravel, and hills on the property so stilettoes might not be the best choice. A wedge should be fine, but you can always go back to your room to change your shoes!
How does food work for the weekend?
All food and drinks are included in your stay! There will be lunch on Friday, a welcome dinner Friday night, brunch on Saturday and a send off brunch on Sunday, along with snacks available throughout the weekend. That being said you're welcome to bring whatever snacks you want on hand for the weekend.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Please let us know in your RSVP! The camp is equipped to accommodate any of your needs.
Are kids invited?
Though we are not explicitly inviting children, if you would be happier bringing them, or bringing them would allow you to attend then please let us know in the RSVP.
Is there Wifi?
Yes, free wifi!
is there free parking?
Yes, everyone can park for free at the camp.
What if I don't see a question I have here?
