Corey and Kay first met online through the Facebook dating app. Yes, they have an app too, apparently. Well one night, Corey was swiping on the app, while hanging out with a friend. He stood up and put his phone down.

"Gotta use the head, I'll be back." he said to his friend.

Said friend then picked up Corey's phone and began swiping right on EVERYONE!... One of those profiles happened to be Kay's. Corey came back to his friend laughing and saying, "Might as well!"

Kay then gets a notification on her phone and she pulls up the profile of Corey. "His girls are so cute!" she thought. "He's pretty cute too and his profile seems nice. I'll just swipe right and see where this goes."

*Ding* Corey gets a notification he's matched with someone on the app. He pulls up her profile and remembers it must be one of the MANY profiles his buddy swiped right on, because he didn't remember looking at her profile. He opened the first picture and thought, "Damn! she's pretty cute!" He then opted to message her with a simple waving emoji and "Hi! I guess we matched." She responded "Yeah, I guess so." He thought, "Well she seems like she might not wanna talk. I'll just ask one random question that'll make sure she knows not to take me too seriously at first." So he typed out, "Would you rather be a gigantic hamster OR a tiny rhinoceros? And why?" Then hit send. "Welp, we'll see where that goes."

Kay read the message and just giggled at first thinking, "What kind of random f@*&$ing question is this?!" Then answered, "A tiny rhino cause it'd be cuter." Then giggled some more.

That was just the beginning of a beautiful relationship. They talked here and there on the phone via the app and texting, until finally deciding it was a good time to meet.

Corey was nervous and didn't want to seem pushy but wanted to establish a message he wasn't doing this just for fun, but wanted to find a partner for life. So he suggested brunch at the place of her choice. She chose The Cockeyed Rooster in Smithfield.

Corey was an hour and a half late...

Corey was stuck in REALLY bad traffic. He misjudged the time he should have left his place. "Don't worry," He told himself, "I'll just keep her updated where I'm at." Which he did; he text her and called her to reassure her he was on his way. Even sent pictures of the traffic to hopefully convince her he wasn't lying.

"He's lying." She thought. "He's not gonna show." She then left the restaurant, to go shopping at the near by clothing store. *Ding* her phone notified her of a text, "I'm almost there." from Corey. "Ok, well..." she thought, "maybe he wasn't lying."

Corey and Kay finally meet. She was sitting at the table with perfectly styled purple hair. He loved it. He was standing there in cargo shorts, flip flops, and a Deadpool T-shirt. That first meet up, obviously, went very well!

Fast forward to present day where Corey and Kay are planning the wedding that will unite them as a couple and partners in life forever!
