Join us for a beautiful outdoor wedding in front of Eden Gardens State Park’s famous and historic “Wedding Tree”. The Wedding Tree is a beautiful and large, moss-draped oak tree that is over 600 years old and has been the site of many, many generations of weddings. The ceremony is planned to begin around 1:00pm. It is scheduled for 1:00pm to 3:30pm, however, the ceremony will not take nearly that long to complete. This extra time scheduled is for the bride and groom and their families to have plenty of time for photography after the ceremony is over, and before going to the reception which is being held off-site, an hour west in Fort Walton Beach. So after the ceremony is finished, if you would like to be included in any pictures with the bride and/or groom, please hang out and take in the grounds of Eden Gardens. It’s a beautiful location and spans 160 acres and as our guest, you have full access to walk around and site-see as much as you desire. The reception is scheduled to begin at 4:30pm at 21 Wedgewood LN NE, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547. And as mentioned, it is about 1 hour drive to the west, down US Highway 98. For those who will attend the reception, it should allow plenty to time to make it over there at your own pace. And if desired, it should leave plenty of time to go and change clothes into more casual party attire to more fully enjoy the awesome party that the reception will surely be. For those who are unable to attend the reception afterwards, there will be a small table set up at the ceremony, upon which there will be a guestbook to sign and a designated place to leave any cards or gifts, if you’d like to leave something for the bride and groom.

Location: 21 Wedgewood LN NE Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547 Description of event: A non-regimented, free-flowing style of wedding reception that resembles more of a big party celebration than anything else. I.E. there will be no itinerary. Just show up and have fun! Hosted at the home of the parents of the groom, owned by Kevin and Marian Meagher. Come and enjoy some snacks, catered food and have a couple of drinks and celebrate Corey and Jenn’s union. There will be some selections of beer and liquor and sodas and water available onsite free of charge, but if you’d like something specific, please feel encouraged to bring your own as we have plenty of space for your coolers. There will be plenty of dancing, and great music spanning all decades.
