The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Please allow ample time for travel/transportation to the venue, as well as parking. It's recommended to arrive at least 30-45 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. The venue will have a golf cart for those who need walking assistance. Cocktail hour will immediately follow at Wolfe Heights Estates, with drinks and hors d'oeuvres served. Dinner reception to follow (at the same location).

Parking is available for roughly 100 cars. Please allow ample time to park and walk through the willow trees to our ceremony site.

Yes! We think that it's important you are comfortable and don't have to drive home after a night of celebrating! We have a room block at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Elk Grove (9175 W. Stockton Blvd). There are a total of 10 rooms available under our block and discount. You can reserve by calling (916) 478-9000 and mentioning the Soffiotto/Mihelich Wedding. The rates are available until August 4, 2025. TownePlace Suites off of East Stockton Blvd. is another great option and is relatively close to the venue as well. Unfortunately, our venue has limited space, so we simply can’t accommodate all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only, and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. Thank you so much for understanding!

While we adore your children, our venue does not have the room for your little ones. Children of invited family only please. Make it a date night! We can't wait to celebrate with you!

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony. We invite you to be fully present with us during this time. Kindly turn off all cell phones and cameras and enjoy this special moment with us! Once cocktail hour begins...it's time to have some fun and photos are welcomed then!!
