The ceremony will take place outdoors at Rock Island Lake Club in front of their beautiful private lake. It will be roughly 30 minutes long. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors. Please note, it is still early spring, so temperatures can range between the 50's -60's. If it gets below 50 degrees, the ceremony may be moved indoors. With that in mind, depending on the weather, a complimentary coat check will be provided.

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm. If you are not staying at the hotel it is suggested to arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony starts to find a seat and not delay any party time! Cocktail hour & a half will immediately follow.

As much as we would love and appreciate your iPhone photos, we would love your attention more! We are having an Unplugged Ceremony and letting our talented photographer do all the work. We will gladly take photos with you throughout the night!

We will have transportation to and from the designated hotel and the venue and encourage you to utilize it! However, if you are not staying at the hotel and plan on taking advantage of the bar please note that Uber and lifts can be unreliable! Either plan to stay at the hotel to utilize the shuttle or schedule a private car service. There is also a parking lot when you pull in with complimentary valet parking.

We'd love for you to dress up with us! We are requesting formal attire. This means, no street clothes or short dresses. The bridal party will be in light dusty pink so please try to avoid that, as well as, the obvious white. It is March around Easter, so have fun with the spring colors you wear! Although we adore your children and they have been as much involved in our relationship as you, this is an adult-only event. Our dance moves are for 18+ eyes.

If your guest's name is listed on your invite when you RSVP, then YES! Otherwise, due to limited capacity, we can only accommodate a certain number of people. We also would love to keep this wedding as an intimate event with close family and friends.
