"Formal Attire Encouraged" means we ask our guests to wear their most formal attire (cocktail dress or formal suit). We kindly ask you to please not wear jeans or hats. This means the couple and their wedding party will be dressed in formal. It's therefore courteous for guests to reflect this level of formality in their attire.
