Samuel served with me in the 75th Ranger Regiment. We grew close through our mutual friend, Cameron Thomas. We quickly realized how similar we were and continued our friendship throughout the years! Sam is a genuine soul and will tell you the truth about any situation, regardless of if you asked him to. He's an outstanding human and I'm proud to have him officiate our wedding!

Cameron served beside myself and Samuel in the 75th Ranger Regiment. We quickly became an inseparable group that did everything together. Cameron was killed in action April 27th 2017 while engaging a large enemy force. He will be missed and will always be apart of our lives, including being a part of our wedding!

Blake Howe came into our lives through my sister Kelsey, who he later proposed to. Blake was an eclectic, energetic person who would give the shirt off his back to help you. Blake has passed away but will not be forgotten, and I'm proud that he could be included in our close circle of groomsmen.

I met Alex how all real men meet: fighting, training for war, or at bar. This one being at a bar. Alex desperately needed a lesson in pool.. and got one. Both of us being extreme extroverts, we never have a dull moment together. Alex is always the life of the party. He's an exceptionally loyal and fierce friend who I'd love to beat in pool until we're old and wrinkly.

Derek and I hated each other when we first met. He was an implant from California- an experienced wrestler and a competition. Of course our coach, PJ, believed in the "iron sharpens iron" philosophy and instantly made us partners for sophmore year. Not only did it make us far better wrestlers, but also made us best friends. I love Derek and his family (Bob & Jenny) and promise to never treat their house like a hotel again.

It's not a coincidence that Dan and Sam share the same last names. They are brothers. Dan has also become a brother to me. Sometimes Dan and Sam act so similar that it's hard to tell them apart. However, it's the differences that make me love Dan, as well as the fact that when I visit I can spend time with two best friends simultaneously.

My best and only sister. Roles are reversed- I seek her advise and annoy her far more than I'm sure most normal big sisters do. She graciously gives me her unwavering support in any and every aspect of my life. I could never ask for a better big-little sis.

My first friend in the whole world. My inseparable best friend through our adolescent years. And and steadfast friend ever since. Our bond will never shake; Sarah is stuck with me for the long run!

Brought into my life through Sarah, Taylor has been another steadfast friend since childhood. Spending almost every day of college together brought us closer than ever. The quietest funny person you'll ever meet- there's no one else I'd rather repeat her jokes louder for than Taylor.

I picked my college dorm room based on the fact that I like Drea's beautiful exotic name. Little did I know it would foster a beautiful friendship. Forged in the fires of Pre-Med undergrad classes, Drea and I spent four years in the tightest of spaces and highest of stress levels, and still came out loving each other.

Shannon's first experience with me was less than ideal. She came into her first CNA job at Shand's Hospital dressed in bright pink, ready for a night of training with me. I told her the job was going to make her cry. I had no idea she would be the one to soften my heart and show me the true meaning of medicine. She's an angel on Earth and reminds me of the good in people every day.

Ashley was brought into my life through Shannon, her fellow nursing school student. Ashley and I initially fought over the role of "Shannon's BFF" but quickly realized we were more alike than we initially presumed. We nicely compliment each other's sass, and gladly share our duties as thruple-best friends these days.

My PA school bestie. Rainey and I spent the grueling years of our Masters' bonding over our dark sense of humor and love of dogs. Odie saw us through many a wine night and was very impressed when we finally became real life practitioners together in the end.

Corey's big sister. Kelsey and I met and instantly knew we'd be in each others lives' for years to come. Like every Perry, Kelsey welcomed me into the family with open arms and has been a better in-law than I could have ever imagined. A built in bestie, free with purchase of groom!
