Tyler and Cori had been acquaintances through the horse industry for years, but one or the other was always in a relationship. In late August 2023, both fresh out of long-term relationships were weary of dating so soon, but they took a chance and went on a date in Amarillo, TX. From their first date on, Tyler and Cori were inseparable. It truly was love at first sight. Tyler fell in love with Cori and, after some time, her son Kanyon. They enjoy riding horses together and getting into all sorts of mischief! Cori fell in love with Tyler and, after some time, his daughter Taylen. Cori & Taylen love riding horses together and are nail salon buddies! Together, Cori and Tyler have made a beautiful blended family with an undeniable love for the Lord and the determination to face whatever challenges life brings their way. One April 2024 evening, after a dinner date on the boardwalk in Weatherford, TX, Tyler got on one knee and asked Cori to be his forever best friend and soul mate. Cori said it was the perfect proposal and the easiest yes ever!! Cori and Tyler recently purchased a home in Dalhart, TX, where Tyler trains horses, and Cori owns an Equine Insurance Agency. They get to travel to many places together for horse sales all over the country, doing what they love. Tyler sells them, and Cori Insures them. Taylen and Kanyon help quite a bit, too! They look forward to celebrating "The Thomas Promise" with all of you in May.
