The attire for our wedding is Formal or Black-Tie optional. Think floor or ankle-length dresses or pantsuits, dark-colored suits/tuxedos and ties. Please bring layers as Illinois weather in December can be quite unpredictable.

Unless your children are listed on your invitation, please use this night as an opportunity to enjoy a date night without them.

A shuttle bus is provided for guests staying at Hampton Inn Chicago/ Naperville. The bus will leave the hotel at 3:15pm and transport guests to the Church for the ceremony. After the ceremony, the bus will leave Good Shepherd at 5:30pm and will take guests to Mesón Sabika. After the reception, an early shuttle will leave Mesón Sabika at 10:30pm and take guests back to Hampton Inn. A later shuttle will be leave Mesón Sabika after the reception ends at 12:15am and bring a final group of guests back to Hampton Inn.

The drinks on our wedding night will be on us. The hangover is on you :)

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm. Please plan to arrive at the church between 3:15pm and 3:30pm. Guests should arrange their own means of transportation to Good Shepherd Church for the ceremony.

The ceremony and reception will take place indoors. The cocktail hour will be indoors with the option to stand outdoors, weather dependent.

Yes!

We have a wonderful photographer who will capture the cermony for us, so we ask that you do not take photos during that time. Please take as many photos as possible during the reception!

After the ceremony, family of the bride and groom will be taking pictures nearby for around half an hour. Guests can head to Mesón Sabika for cocktail hour during this time. We will be serving hor d'oeuvres and beverages during a cocktail hour.

Due to the space limitations of our venue, we unfortunately have to limit the rehearsal dinner guest list to those who will be playing a role in the ceremony. We apologize in advance to those who are not included.

Unfortunately, we ask that you only bring those specified on your invitation in order to keep our night intimate.

Yes! Both locations are wheelchair accessible.

Check in is set for 3:00pm. With a 4:00pm ceremony, some guests may need to check into their room earlier to get ready and get to the church on time. Please call the hotel to request an earlier check in for your party.
