Many of our guests coming in from out of town have differing windows of stay and differing budgets. To make things easier we suggest staying in Denver or Castle Rock at your leisure!

At the time of the wedding it's best to plan for mid 80 degree weather. Colorado is known for all 4 seasons in a day so please pack and plan accordingly to the weather reports.

Yes! We ask that our local guests attempt child care first if possible so they’re able to enjoy the evening. If you are bringing children please ensure they are listed individually in the RSVP.

You can anticipate a wonderful meal prepared by The Oaks head chef. The menu will consist of passed hors d'oeuvres to include a seared steak with blue cheese mousse on crostini, and a mini cheeseburger on a pretzel bun. Followed by our dinner menu that starts with a steakhouse wedge salad. Then the main course to follow will primarily be an herb dusted chicken breast with champignon sauce, accompanied by jalapeno cheddar mashed potatoes, and finished with a seasonal chef choice vegetable.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can bring it with to the wedding or have it delivered to our home at 14987 Pepper Pike Pl., Parker, Colorado, 80134. A wedding card box will be present at our reception as well.

Yes, following the reception at Provision in Castle Rock. In the event you need to leave your vehicle overnight in the parking lot the venue allows this and will not tow your vehicle.
