Corinne had pivoted in life and took a chance on moving to Savannah Georgia. As our generation has to do these days she got on the dating apps and low and behold a sweet Texas Aggie named Stephen matched with her. Stephen had just got home from his deployment in South Korea and wasn't looking for anything permanent because he knew his time in Savannah was short. However, God had bigger plans for us.

After exploring Savannah on the weekends for a few months and having dates at the beach, on the marsh, in the city Stephen found out he got accepted into Southern Methodist University and Texas was going to be his new home (said the US Government). We made the decision to try long distance and although it was tough we flew back and forth to each other for about a year. Stephen has had a dream of owning a property in Savannah and he made the leap to his dream in July of 2022. We started our business journey of Casa Topo together and we always said if we can create an Airbnb together we can get through anything.

We immersed ourselves in Savannah and fell in love with the city more and more everyday. It is our home and where we see ourselves living our days out when the Army allows us to do so. We love our long walks looking at the beauty of the old homes and our sits on the front porch with a cocktail in hand. We wanted to get married in Savannah because it's where we want to hang our hat and we want others in our life to experience the beauty of it. This selfie is one of our first dates at the Wyld!
