Updates

We are monitoring the news carefully and want you to know that the safety of our guests is our utmost priority. We are prepared to take every precaution necessary to make our wedding safe for our guests, even if that means postponing it. Over the next several weeks, we will remain in contact with our venue and our vendors regarding this matter. As we know more, we will post updates below.

Please contact us directly with any questions. Thank you for your love, patience, and concern.

Update- July 26, 2020

Hi All!

Today we went back to our venue to discuss what we should do moving forward, and we have decided the SHOW MUST GO ON!!!!! We will now be holding the ceremony and reception in an open air setting at the venue, so we can practice social distance and enjoy the autumn air on the delaware river.

We are very excited, however, do to covid, many changes have to be made. We must downsize our guest list...but not to worry, anyone who can not attend will get a virtual invite so you can still celebrate with us!

For those of you who can come, the venue will be taking all the necessary steps to keep us safe while still having a good time. The health and safety of you, our loved one, is VERY important to us. We would not be moving forward if we did not feel that our wedding could happen in a very safe fashion.

We can not wait to celebrate with everyone in October!!!

Stay safe and much love,

C & M

What to Expect

Celebrate with us Safely!

*The reception has been moved from the closed ballroom to the open air riverside space (area is open on 3 sides) so there is plenty of air flow and we are right on the water!

*Masks are not required, however, they are strongly encouraged when social distancing is not possible. We will have disposable masks for those that do not have their own.

*Colored wristbands will be available to help people understand your comfort level when it comes to interactions. If you want to wave from a far, no problem! We want you to feel comfortable celebrating with us!

*There will be hand sanitizer EVERYWHERE and the venue has extra people to sanitize high used areas. All food will be passed by staff who will be wearing masks, gloves, and using tongs.

*Dinner will be seated. You will be served by servers wearing masks and gloves. Tables will not be overcrowded and you will likely be seated with family members/ friends you know/etc. A lot of thought will go into making the seating arrangements.

*We ask that you please refrain from any unnecessary gathering in large groups TWO WEEKS prior to our event. If you must gather, please be smart and if you can, get tested. We want this to be a safe event for everyone which means we ALL must do our part to make this happen.

*For those of you flying in, there is a 45 minute testing site close to Newark Airport. If you would like to get tested after you travel, please reach out to us for details.

*THERE IS A DANCE FLOOR...and you better believe it will be in use. Masks or no masks....2 ft or 6 ft apart...we will celebrate and make the most of this night with our family and friends who we love so dearly!

*We shouldn't need to include this one, but just in case....if you are feeling ill IN ANYWAY, PLEASE STAY HOME! We will miss you, but we can still toast from afar!

**Have any suggestions? Concerns? Just want to say hi...please reach out to us!

Love,

C & M
