Our Wedding

We first met at Chattanooga State Community College in 2018, where we both had an evening science class that often took us outside — rain or shine — to learn about nature. Tanner would always make it a point to walk next to me and strike up a conversation. One evening when I missed class, I asked him if he could send me his notes. Instead, he suggested we meet at Panera so I could copy them down. That night ended up being something special — and if you ask Tanner, he’ll tell you it was our first date!When we finally went on what I consider our real first date, we had such a great time that neither of us wanted the night to end. By our next date, I had already fallen for Tanner, and that's when he asked me to be his girlfriend. The rest is history!

Nikki and I met back in middle school. We were both on the cheer team. We have been best friends since! I am beyond thankful that I get share this special day with her by my side!

Emily and I met in 2022. We work alongside each other in the same classroom. God definitely led me to this friendship, and I am forever thankful to have Emily as one of closest friends!

If you are coming in from out of town, there are many things to in Chattanooga! Here are a few places that we recommend.

This area has a lovely view of the river, and it is nice to walk around in.

Bluff View Art District

This is located in the Bluff view art district. They have great coffee, and lots of sweet pastries!

Rembrandt's Coffee House

Tony's is a very good pasta restaurant located in the Bluff view art district!

Tony's Pasta Shop & Trattoria

You can visit the choo choo, and have breakfast at Frothy Monkey or grab dinner at Nic and Normans.

Chattanooga Choo Choo Historic District

The aquarium is a nice place to walk through. The butterfly exhibit is a personal favorite.

Tennessee Aquarium

The Chattanooga Market should still be occurring. There will be food trucks and lots of local vendors!

There are also a lot of local restaurants and bars that are very good! A few of our favorite places include Boathouse rotisserie and Raw bar, The Feed, Stir, State of Confusion, and The Rosecomb.
