Will the wedding be indoor our outdoor?
Weather dependent the ceremony will take place outdoors. For cocktail hour and the reception it will be a mixture of both indoors and outdoors. Dinner will take place indoors.
What should I wear to the wedding?
Our dress code for the wedding is cocktail attire.
Please note that our ceremony will take place outdoors, while the reception will include a combination of indoor and outdoor settings. Due to an outdoor ceremony, heels may be difficult for some.
Please note that our bridal party will be wearing Dusty Blue.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
We have chosen to make our special day an adult-only celebration to ensure all guest especially parents, can fully immerse themselves in the joy of the occasion. Therefore anyone under the age of 21 is by invite only. We hope you use this time as a special night out for you and your significant other.
Am I allowed a plus one?
To ensure we can accommodate all guest comfortably within the venues capacity, we ask that only invited guest attend our wedding. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. We truly appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!
Will dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?
Yes! Although we have not finalized a menu a this time, dinner will most likely be a buffet style BBQ
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 so we suggest arriving around 3 to allow time for parking and to find your seat!
Is there parking at the ceremony location?
Yes! There is plenty of parking available at Henrekin pines. There is a large gravel parking lot with handicap spots available.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during the ceremony.
Is there transportation to the reception?
Unfortunately the hotel does not offer a shuttle to and from the venue. Safety is important to us so please plan to have a designated driver, or plan to call a Uber or Lyft if you are drinking.
When should I RSVP by?
Please kindly accept or decline by May 1st
What do I do if I can't make it?
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding please let us know as soon as possible by RSVPing "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
