We would love for you to RSVP as early as possible but if you need time to figure out if you can make it, we would kindly ask that you RSVP by March 29th so we can get an accurate count in for our vendors! If you do not RSVP by our given date, we will mark you as "no" on your RSVP, we hope you understand.

If you are flying in (we love you & are SO grateful that you are) we would recommend Springfield-Branson National airport or Northwest Arkansas National airport. These are the closer two airports and would be one or two hours away from our venue or wherever you choose to stay!

We kindly ask that if there is no other name listed on your invitation that you do not bring a plus one. As much as we would love to accommodate everyone, we want to keep this day to our close friends and family. When you go to our RSVP page & type in your name you & your party should come up.

While we adore children, we've opted for an adults-only affair to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the evening. If you have any concerns or special circumstances, please don't hesitate to contact us directly to discuss further.

It would be preferred that you arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony! This way it allows everyone to say hello, familiarize yourself with the venue, and then take a seat!

We would greatly appreciate it to see everyone in semi-formal/ cocktail attire! Whether that be a button up with some Khakis, a cute sun dress, a suit, or a jumpsuit, we would love to see you all dressed up! Please no jeans, t-shirts, or tennis shoes!

Our goal is to have the ceremony outside including cocktail hour and then move inside for the reception and all the fun! As always, this is weather depending by plan accordingly to spend some time outside unless there is poor weather!

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.

If you have dietary restrictions, we ask that you please list that when you RSVP so we can work with our caterer to provide a meal option for you! If by chance you forget, please reach out.

The venue is just in between Branson and Springfield MO! We decided not to do hotel blocks because Airbnb in Branson might be the best move or just simply finding a hotel that meets your needs! If you have any questions, please let us know!

We have a registry page here on our website that has all of our desired items for getting our life started together! If you choose to purchase from that list, it will be sent to the desired addressed that we have listed. Otherwise, we will have a designated place at the wedding for you to put gifts. We greatly appreciate your generosity.
