In addition to being our venue, Devils Head Resort offers two championship 18-hole golf courses.

The Glacier Golf Course is an 18-hole mountain course carved out of the glacier-formed Baraboo Bluff that takes golfers through a maze of elevation changes, narrow fairways, rock out-croppings, amazing views, and water hazards on seven holes.

The Prairie Glen is the newer of the two courses. Golfers get a wild ride through 18 holes of diverse scenery featuring island greens, and Scottish links. Golf skills will be tested by numerous water holes and sand traps.

Devil's Lake State Park is less than two miles from Devils Head Resort and situated along the Ice Age Trail. With spectacular views from 500 foot cliffs, the park has miles of hiking trails, swimming areas that include two sandy beaches, rental kayaks, and so much more.

Located only 1/2 mile from Devils Head Resort is Parfrey's Glen a scenic and historic nature area that offers a tranquil hiking path up through a ravine that glaciers cut many years ago. At its uppermost part, the glen reaches a depth of nearly 100 feet and embraces a mountain-type stream flowing through it's floor. The glen's walls are sandstone embedded with pebbles and boulders of quartzite. The path is 0.8 miles long.

Balanced Rock Winery is a family owned, boutique winery located on the doorstep of Devils Lake State Park, within the city limits of Baraboo, Wisconsin. The wine making facility and tasting room are open daily year-round. The winery also has a golf driving range on site.

Tumbled Rock is a cozy, open-concept restaurant with a full bar, a massive fireplace, and a comfortable lounge. Their menu offers old-world & home food, with a modern twist and full flavors.

Friday fish is offered all-day, year-round.

A gorgeous hillside lined with grape vines overlooking the Wisconsin River sets the backdrop of this winery. Wollersheim provides wine tours and is only a 12 mile drive from Devils Head Resort.

Circus World is America's circus museum and Wisconsin's National treasure located just 9 miles from Devils Head Resort.

The Wisconsin Dells is just under 40 minutes north of Devils Head Resort and has endless attractions to include waterparks, shopping, food and drink, golf, spas, a casino, and so much more!
