The Danish Capital of America with fudge, bakeries, windmills, and lots of cuckoo clocks. Touristy yes but worth a stroll if you've never been. We recommend Copenhagen Sausage Garden for a great casual lunch.

One street town that has incredible food. Bob's Well Bread for breakfast and pastries is Mackie's favorite. Full of Life Flatbread is fantastic. Bell's has a Michelin star! And there's lots more. If you're a foodie and traveling from up North, you've got to make a stop here.
