How do I RSVP?
Click on the RSVP tab on the wedding website for the couple. Type your name to find your invitation for your household. Please include every person that will attend. Due to our limited space in our cozy venue, please only RSVP those invited. You may also text Courtenay at 701-490-2278.
What date should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by August 25, 2024.
Where do I park when I arrive?
The main entrance is on the west side of Avalon Events Center. There is ample parking around the venue. Please note other events may be occurring on the same day at this venue, so follow signage!
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
The ceremony starts at 4:00PM on October 5, 2024. The parking lot is located on site at the Avalon Events Center. It is recommended to allow 10-15 minutes prior to event starting to find the room, a seat, and mingle with other attendees. You are welcome to come up to 30 minutes prior to 4:00PM.

The Dakota Ballroom
What type of food will be served at the reception?
A pasta buffet will be served with a Caesar salad and breadsticks. Pasta options include a white sauce, red sauce, and gourmet mac n' cheese. Dessert will be mini cheesecake bites (New York vanilla, Caramel chocolate chip, and Strawberry swirl). A social hour snack will be provided prior to dinner.
Will there be a bar at the reception?
Yes, a cash bar will be available for guests.
Where should we bring or send our gifts?
You can bring the gift to the wedding and place on the designated card/gift table. If you prefer, you may select to send your gift directly to Courtenay and Sam from Amazon and Target to their home address provided.
Am I allowed to take pictures at your wedding?
Of course! Courtenay enjoys photography and would love to see your candid moments. Please be mindful of the professional photographers and videographer as they are there to capture the moments. We ask you refrain flash during the ceremony and really be present for this moment for the couple!
Where can I share my pictures?
We would prefer you be mindful of what is uploaded on your personal social media profiles. It is a special day we shared with YOU, not necessarily the whole world :) Please share photos and videos in our designated album!!

Once we are done celebrating, is there transportation to the hotels?
Yes! Avalon Events Center has a limo running to hotels in Fargo, ND from 9:00PM to 1:00AM. Avalon Events Center has a large parking lot that vehicles can be left in as needed.
