All About Us

We met circa 2007 at the Tween's Tabernacle at Indian Springs Holiness Campmeeting. Middle school, in all its glory, was just as hard on us as it was on everyone else. We were silly, awkward, and quite hyper kids. But we were fast friends, and even boyfriend and girlfriend for a couple weeks one summer! Talk about ~foreshadowing~ ! As we grew up, we always stayed camp friends (and nothing more because Courtney "ALWAYS had a boyfriend") who saw each other every summer. But we always had each other in the back of our minds, and summer 2017, it just clicked! Since then, we have been traveling the world, making career strides, and having endless fun together! In November 2020, he finally accomplished what Courtney thought was impossible: an authentically surprising proposal. A happy ending that is really just a beginning.
