If you land in Mexico City Tuesday July 30th, we will provide transportation to Cuernavaca. If you land in Mexico City another day, before or after Tuesday, please contact Ruben or Courtney for further instructions.

We are planing to have a full week trip for family members. Anyone is welcomed to join. The trip will consist of two (2) nights in Ruben's home town, Cuernavaca. While in Cuernavaca, there are some tourist activities planned. The remaining nights (5) are planned for resting and hang outs at the hotel by the wedding. On another note, it is totally optional. We understand you may have professional responsibilities that won't allow you to stay too long. However, we recommend you to stay at least Thursday August 1st to Monday August 5th.

We reserved rooms for 48 guests at the hotel that is part of the wedding venue. This option is available from Thursday (08/01) to Tuesday (08/06)

We have been provided with a very generous discount for the 48 spots. Cost will fluctuate from the numbers of your family reservation, but we are expecting cost to be between $350-$450 USD per person. This price includes lodging for 5 nights and breakfast, lunch, and dinner for those days.

Please get in contact with us and we will reserve the amount of rooms needed for your party.

Once you confirm your attendance and share with us your trip details, we will provide instructions to pay hotels or Airbnb.

We recommend bringing some cash if you are comfortable as exchanging currencies will be cheaper. However, if you decide to bring your card and get cash out from an ATM, you will pay your normal bank fees. Either option is great, but one is more convenient and a bit more expensive.

The current exchange ratio is one (1) USD = 16.54 MXN. 04/01/2024.

The weather in Mexico is warm to hot year round. July and August are the hottest months of the year with temperatures ranging from 75F to 95F.
