You do not have to book both nights to be given the group rate. If you do not want to book the Friday night, please keep in mind that check in does not start until 3pm on Saturday and early check in requests can not be guaranteed ahead of time.


We will have a shuttle bus departing from the hotel between 2:15pm- 2:30pm to take guests to the venue. The shuttle will also bring guests back to the hotel later that night (times TBD).
