For those staying at Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch, check-in starts at 3:00 pm.

Wedding rehearsal to start at 4:00 pm. Please meet at the main building, Heritage. Dinner and drinks to follow.

Feel free to meet us for dinner at 5:00 pm in Heritage for those not needed for rehearsal.

Wedding Day!

For all overnight guests, breakfast is provided starting around 8:00 or 8:30 am in the Round Up Room, connected to the main building, Heritage.

Feel free to book an activity on the ranch during the day, take a short drive to go into Loveland, or hang out! Lunch is ON YOUR OWN.

The Bride and Groom and wedding party will be getting ready. Bridal party at Upper J House and Groomsmen in the Game Room.

Ceremony will start at 3:00 pm. Depending on weather, it will be held at the Riverbend site (just outside of Heritage) or will be inside Heritage. *UPDATE* Looks like it will be a crisp 55* so we will be outside :) We plan to keep it short and simple but bring a jacket or blanket.

After the ceremony we will do a FULL group photo then there will be cocktail hour while wedding party and immediate family do photos. Reception inside Heritage will start around 4:30 or 5:00 pm where dinner will be served. Be ready to get on the dancefloor! We want to see your moves!

Reception will end around 10:30/11:00 pm. We suggest everyone to change into comfortable clothes and join us at the firepit where we can continue to celebrate and count down to midnight for a New Year's together!
