The ceremony will be held from 2-2:30pm at Lunch Rock-Winter Park Resort. ***Please arrive to the base of the mountain by 1:00pm-1:15pm as you will need to take the Gondola up the mountain and then bus to the final ceremony site. The gondola will open at 1:15pm. There will be a coordinator at the Gondola base to help guide you. Also, please bring gifts/cards to reception-not to ceremony/cocktail hour site. **If you are late, transportation to the ceremony will not be available so PLEASE be on time.** The Lift bus service is available for transportation from Winter Park proper to the base of the resort if you do not wish to drive your own vehicle there. Please allow extra time if doing so. Parking on site also available: https://www.winterparkresort.com/plan-your-trip/getting-here/resort-parking -Parking in the vintage lot is free of charge. You would then take the cabriolet into the village, and from there you are able to walk to the gondola. A map of free parking and directions to the gondola is available on the Winter Park Website and App.

Reception will be held at Idlewild Spirits Restaurant and Distillery in downtown Winter Park, CO. This is about a 10 minute drive from Winter Park Resort-Ceremony site. UBERS NOT AVAILABLE. Please see accommodations tab for details to plan accordingly.
