When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by May 31st so we can get an accurate count for our big day!

Do I RSVP for myself and my significant other together?

Yes! You will search for your name and can RSVP for both people together. You will then answer each question for both individuals such as dietary restrictions.

Am I allowed to bring children?

As much as we love your little ones, our venue has limited capacity. We kindly request an adults-only celebration which will allow all of our friends and family who are parents to fully enjoy the evening and accommodate our guests comfortably.

Hotel/Shuttle

What days are available to book the hotel block and get the discounted rate?

Guests are able to book our hotel block on Friday, June 28th, Saturday, June 29th, or both days and get the Wedding Block rate! Please book your hotel room by May 27th to get the discounted rate.

What happens if the room block is full?

Please contact Courtney or Chris if you are looking to book the hotel block and the room block is full. We can work with the hotel to accommodate more guests if needed! Hotel rooms will need to be booked by May 27th to get the discounted rate.

Will there be a shuttle from the hotel to the venue?

Yes! We have a shuttle that accommodates 54 guests. The shuttle will have 1 trip to the venue at 4 pm to take guests to the ceremony. The shuttle will take guests back to the hotel from the reception at 9 pm, 10 pm, and 11 pm.

Can I take the shuttle if I am not staying at the hotel?

Guests staying at the hotel will be prioritized first, but if there is availability, guests are welcome to take the shuttle to or from the venue to the hotel. The shuttle holds 54 people and will make 1 trip to the ceremony, but multiple trips back to the hotel from the reception throughout the night. If needed, cars can be left at the venue overnight.

Venue Details

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Yes, the ceremony and reception will both be located at Sunflower Hill Farm: 245 Terry Rd. Augusta, MO 63332 Ceremony will begin at 5 pm with cocktail hour and reception to follow.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors and what is the dress attire?

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be covered but most likely with all sliding doors open to give an indoor/outdoor feel. Please dress accordingly as June in St. Louis may be warm. The wedding attire is cocktail attire.

Will there be parking at the venue and can I leave my car overnight?

Yes, there will be ample parking at the venue. If you would like to leave your car at the venue overnight, you may pick it up Sunday morning.

Is the venue wheelchair assessible?

Sunflower Hill Farm is an indoor/outdoor venue with tiered landscaping. We will have golf carts than can help assist guests from the parking lot to the ceremony and reception areas.

What type of food will be served at the wedding? Are there meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

We will be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet with a selection of meats, salad, and sides. Guests who have dietary restrictions or allergies will need to note your restrictions when RSVPing online. The venue will be able to accommodate these requests and create specific meal options.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, there will be an open bar which includes wine, beer, and cocktail options!
