It was just another day at work for Courtney, her last and final call of the day was a fire alarm at Friendly’s. Stephen received a call for the same fire alarm on his phone, he responded to the firehouse, got dressed in his bunker gear and got onto the engine and responded to Friendly’s. Both Stephen and Courtney arrived on the call not knowing that just answering this one call would change both their lives for the best that day.

They responded to a few more calls together over the next few weeks and eventually Stephen worked up the courage to ask Courtney for her phone number. This led to many late night conversations, hanging out before and after work and even getting breakfast together before work. After spending time together and with friends it took a little convincing but after a few months they decided to make it official.

Over the last 5 years they have created many memories together. Currently, they own a house together and have 2 dogs, Trouble and Nala plus a few more animals. They have built this life together and can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter in their lives with all their family and friends by their side.
