There are three condo buildings within the Tops'l Beach Community - "The Summit", "The Tides", and "Beach Manor". "The Summit" does not sit directly on the beach, but is just a short walk. It offers 2-8 person condos. "The Tides", and "Beach Manor" offer 4-8 person condos. All three buildings provide access to the beach, pools, tennis courts, and other amenities. * Because all condos are privately owned, we do not have a room block. Our hope is to have all our guests stay with us at Tops'l Resort. If not, there are many hotel options located across the street. Guests will be allowed into the resort for the wedding and reception, but will not have Tops'l private beach and pool access during their stay.
