Our Wedding

In 2011, we met through a party&nbsp;between my sorority and Matt's fraternity.&nbsp;Over the fall and spring semesters, we went back and forth visiting each other. On August 31st, 2012, he asked me to be his girlfriend and we've been together ever since!

How We Met

Matt can't keep a secret from me so he always said he'd have to 'practice' for when he'd want to propose. He set up a secret dinner date night and refused to tell me anything about the night! About 4pm, he gave (only) an hour's notice to get ready before heading to dinner. It was to my surprise and delight that we&nbsp;ended up at the same restaurant, KC Prime Steakhouse, where he asked me out almost 5 years prior! We asked a server to come over a take a picture of us and that's when Matt got down on one knee and asked me to marry him!
