Q + A

Can I bring a date?

Our celebration will be filled with our close family and friends. If you have been given a plus one, you will be able to see their name on your invitation when you RSVP.

Are kids allowed?

We are welcoming kids from our immediate families. We highly encourage you to use this night as an opportunity to let loose and have some fun! If you don’t see your child’s name on your RSVP, but need to bring them, please let us know.

Where should we stay?

The Banyan Tree Bed & Breakfast and Lumeria Maui are two options for lodging near the venue. If you’d like to stick closer to the venue, anywhere in the Pā`ia - Makawao - Pukalani areas will be convenient for you. We also recommend staying in the Wailea area, which is 25-30 minutes from the venue dependent upon traffic. Wailea offers access to beaches, restaurants, and more tourist attractions! Please refer to the Travel tab for more information.

How do I RSVP? When should I Rsvp by?

You can RSVP by the clicking the tab that says “rsvp”. Once you are brought to the page, you are able to type your name in and rsvp for your whole group. We kindly ask that you and your party RSVP before August 15, 2024. If you know that you are unable to attend, please let us know at your soonest opportunity. Any rsvps that we receive after August 15, 2024 will be marked as a ‘no’ , as we will need to send final headcount’s to our vendors. You will be dearly missed!

What should I wear?

The ceremony and reception will both be outdoors in upcountry Maui. The weather will be warm, but will cool off after the sun goes down. You may want to bring a light jacket to wear after sunset! Additionally, the ceremony and reception will take place in grass, so please plan accordingly.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there is ample parking at the venue. There will be staff from the Hui directing parking as there are two lots. We do recommend carpooling, though, and designating a sober driver to get you home safely if you choose to partake in drinking alcohol.

What time should I arrive to the venue?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Please arrive to the venue and be seated by 4:45pm. Thank you!

What are we eating?!

Tacos! There will be vegetarian options :)
