We suggest that you wear formal attire such as a cocktail dress or dressy separates for women and suit and tie for men. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside weather permitting. Dinner and the following reception will be indoors.

While we adore your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

We are excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest! As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venue's capacity and our budget, we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation or if it appears you have a plus one when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to the venue in the timely manner they have given to us and cannot accept late RSVP's due to this.

We have blocked rooms for your convenience at The Harpeth Hotel and Hilton Franklin Cool Springs. You can find the links to reserve a room under the travel tab on our website. The rooms will be under the name Courtney and Robert when you go to book. Rooms are limited so book accordingly! If you have any issues with reserving a room, feel free to contact us for assistance.

No shuttles are provided to the ceremony/reception. There are many ubers/lyfts in the area that you can request to get to and from the venue.
