It all began in a place where we were told specifically not to go looking for love—technical training school for the United States Air Force. Amidst the rigorous schedules, long hours of studying, and the occasional drill sergeant’s bark, fate had a different plan for us.

Christian and Courtney’s paths crossed in the day room of our dormitory on a football Sunday. What started as casual conversations and shared laughs over the challenges of our training quickly blossomed into a deep friendship. We bonded over our shared love for football, even if Christian is a die-hard San Francisco 49ers fan and Courtney cheers passionately for the Buffalo Bills. Despite our friendly rivalry, those spirited debates only brought us closer together.

From late-night power hours to exploring the local area on weekends, our bond grew stronger with each passing day. We supported each other through every hurdle and celebrated each victory, big or small. It was in these moments that we realized we had found something truly special.

Our journey together has taken us many places, and it has been an incredible adventure. For Courtney, life’s journey brought her from Western New York, through the plains of Texas, and finally to the deserts of Arizona.

Along the way, we’ve purchased a home and created a small family with our cats Milo and Pandora, as well as our dogs Luke and Leia. Each step along the way, we’ve grown together, discovering new things about ourselves and each other.

Today, we’re excited to share our next big adventure with all of you—our wedding day! We can’t wait to celebrate our love story with the people who mean the most to us. Thank you for being a part of our journey.
