Those invited to the event will be clearly addressed on the formal invitation. For example “Mr. & Mrs. Smith” or “Mr. Smith & Guest”. We request that you do not add people that are not addressed on the invitation, as we have limited space to accommodate additional guests. If you believe we unintentionally left out your partner, please contact the bride/groom. Thank you in advance for your understanding!

We love your children & understand that you may want to have them participate in the celebrations. However, the bride & groom respectfully request for all parents to arrange for childcare & take a well-deserved evening off. Please note that all invitations are extended to adults only & there is limited space to accommodate additional guests (including children). Yes, transportation will be provided for out of town guests or those staying at the hotel. A bus will pick up all guest at the hotel (Courtyard Marriott) at 3:30 pm to transport to the venue. You MUST be there at 3:30 pm, the bus is directed to leave at that time. The bus will remain available to transport guest to & from the venue/hotel until 11 pm.

We would appreciate if our guests dress up with us! The requested dress code for the event is semi-formal. Semi-formal attire is an outfit that is dressier than what you'd wear to an office but not as dressy as a formal evening gown or tuxedo. Please plan to dress appropriately for the weather, as the ceremony is expected to take place outdoors.

We will be having a buffet style dinner with barbecue. The entree options are pulled pork, pulled chicken or beef brisket. The side options include - Mac & cheese, loaded mashed potatoes & a garden salad.

Ivory Meadows has its own private parking lot that is connected to the venue. There are plenty of parking spaces to accommodate guests.

Yes, there will be an open bar with beer, wine & cocktails. Please note, shots are prohibited by the venue & are not allowed under any circumstances. It is expected that our guests will behave themselves & not become overly intoxicated. Remember to tip your bartenders!

The dessert option is cupcakes, with 4 different flavor options.

The ceremony is outdoors, but if it rains the ceremony will be delayed or brought indoors. This is a last resort option.

Yes! The reception will be held at the same location as the venue.
