We started talking on Bumble in May of 2022. Scott asked me out on a first date in June of 2022. We went to Olive Garden for supper and then finished the night at Rednecks. It turned out to be a dancing introduction to swing dancing. Scott and I were the only young couple there. It was awkward needless to say.

Scott asked me out on a second date to the CWS on June 16, 2022 and that is were he asked me to be his girlfriend with flowers in tow.

We had a year full of adventures together! We went on our first vacation to Key Largo, Florida for a week with his family. This was my first time ever going to see the ocean so this is something I will always remember.

The spring of 2023 we started looking for house together. After a long stressful process we bought our first home in Bellevue were we live with our two fur children Scar and Milo.

On July 15 of 2023 we went to the zoo, which we loved to do for fun. I thought nothing of it. We were in the Lied Jungle trying to find Ben and Courtney. They actually bet us to the zoo, which never happens. But I thought nothing of it. I saw Ben and Courtney going around the corner to go up the ramp to the waterfall. I followed up there not knowing they were pulling out a personalized blanket of Scott and I's photos and the saying " Will You Marry Me?" on it. When I turned around Scott was on one knee and I said "yes" right away. We ended the night at Eagle Raceway with Ben and Courtney. This is the day Scott and I will never forget.
